Please fill out the form including your name and PayPal email address. If there is any changes you would want please add this in the “Additional Comments” box on the form. I will try my best to honor requests, unfortunately some items have limited modification ability. The form will be emailed to me. If you do not receive a confirmation email from me within 24 hours please email me personally at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive an invoice from PayPal. Once payment is received I can get started making it. Payment is due at the time of placing your order. I currently accept Paypal for purchases. SHIPPING: Shipping is not included in the list price on the website. Currently we offer free local pickup. However, if you are interested in shipping, please select the type of shipping and the price will be added into your order.
OUR POLICY: Please note that all items are handmade, therefore, each piece may have some minor differences. Shirts are new, never worn and pre-washed in Dreft detergent and gently dried to decrease the chance of shrinkage and insure that the vinyl adheres properly. All sales are final and are only returnable due to defect.
